【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068dealswithatestprocedureforsimulatingtheeffectsofroughhandlingshocks,primarilyinequipment-typespecimens,theeffectsofknocks,joltsandfallswhichmaybereceivedduringrepairworkorroughhandlinginoperationaluse.Thisproceduredoesnotsimulatetheeffectsofimpactsreceivedduringtransportationaslooselyconstrainedcargo.Wheretheeffectsofloosecargotransportationaretobeassessed,testEe:Bounceshouldbeused.Alsothisproceduredoesnotsimulatetheeffectsofshockappliedtoinstalledequipments.WherethiseffectistobeassessedrefertotestEa:Shock.Testingshouldonlybespecifiedforequipmentlikelytoreceivesuchroughhandling,forexamplethoseofsmalltomediumsizeandmass,andshouldonlybeappliedtothosefacesandcornerswherethereisariskofsuchtreatmentbeingencountered.Ingeneral,equipmentwhichisfrequentlyhandledandserviced(forexamplefieldequipmentandunitspares)canbeconsideredatrisk,whereasequipmentforminganintegralpartofapermanentinstallationwouldnotnormallybeconsideredatriskandneednotbetested.Testingmaynotbeapplicabletofragileunprotectedequipmentofirregularshape(forexampleaircraftnoseradar)which,whenremovedfromtheinstallationwouldbecontainedinahandlingframeorjig.Itmayhoweverbeapplicabletotheseitemsofequipmentwhentheyareintheirtransitcaseorintheirhandlingframeorjig.Forequipmentwhichstandsonlyononeface(forexamplethenormalbase)thetestisgenerallyonlyappliedtothatface.Shocktestsareperformedonthespecimenwhenfixedtothetestmachine.Dropandtopple,freefall,repeatedfreefallandbouncetestsareperformedwiththespecimenfree.
