【摘要】:FromitsoriginsintheSmartCitiesproject,MMUSSTsetouttodeliveranoverviewofthemethodsandcomponentsforMulti-applicationMUlti-issuercitizencardSchemeSTandardisation.Whilethiscontinuestobethecase,initialworkhasidentifiedtheincreasingimportanceofthesinglescheme,multipleserviceprovidermodel,alongsidethe"multi-issuer"concept.Theprincipal"driver"fortheMMUSSTworkshopistheSmartCitiesInterestGroup,withmembersfromacrosstheEuropeanUnion(city/regionalcouncils)whosharethebeliefandobjectivethatmulti-application,multi-issuersmartcardschemeshaveasustainablefutureinprovidingcitizenaccesstoelectronicservices.SincethecompletionoftheSmartCitiesProjectanumberofdevelopmentshavetakenplaceintheareasofeID,integratedtransportandePaymentsolutions.Theseprovideevengreaterdriversforthedevelopmentofmulti-application,multi-issuerschemes.
